This is a nationwide public awareness advertising campaign sponsored by Assembly of First Nations (AFN). The governing body and organization that represents First Nations people in Canada. It includes print, digital and video items. More specifically, the campaign consist of the following: 3 Public Transit Ads (indoor/outdoor), 2 web banners and a television commercial for broadcasting on Canadian TV stations. It focuses on today's contemporary Aboriginal people (First Nations) within current Canadian society cohabiting in Canada's major urban cities (Toronto, Vancouver and Montreal). The objective is to inform and educate new, young and older Canadians about Canadian Aboriginal culture, history and traditions by creating a connection between Canadian mainstream society and the position First Nations people have in Canadian society. The target audience is the general Canadian population between 16-65 years of age. |
